About

An unglamorous problem, taken seriously.

Nobody starts a company hoping to work on spreadsheet compilation. But it is where pharmaceutical sales teams lose the most time and the most visibility, so it is where the work is.

Why PharmeXa exists

The gap after the invoice

A pharmaceutical company knows precisely what it billed. It knows far less about what actually sold — what moved from a stockist’s warehouse to a hospital, a clinic, a chemist. That secondary movement is where demand actually lives, and it sits in other people’s systems, in other people’s formats.

The usual answer is a monthly ritual: chase the statements, rebuild them by hand in Excel, reconcile product names from memory, and circulate a sheet describing a month that has already ended. It works, in the sense that a number eventually appears. It does not work in any sense that helps somebody plan production.

PharmeXa exists to remove that ritual without asking a single stockist to change how they work — because the moment a solution depends on hundreds of independent distributors adopting new software, it stops being a solution.

How we build

Four decisions that shaped the product

Each of these closed off an easier path, which is generally how you can tell it was a real decision.

Approval chain first

The temptation with data platforms is to optimise for ingestion volume. We optimised for the approval step instead, because a number nobody signed off is a number nobody will defend in a review meeting.

Format-agnostic by default

Asking a stockist to change how they export is a project that never finishes. PharmeXa reads what already arrives, and treats an unfamiliar layout as normal rather than as an error.

Adoption as a design constraint

Field software fails on adoption far more often than on features. Every screen an MR touches was cut back until submitting a statement takes under two minutes and needs no training session.

Say what it does not do

PharmeXa is not a primary ERP and will not pretend to be one. Being precise about the boundary is what makes the rest of the claims credible.

Who builds it

Built by Evyasys

PharmeXa is a product of Evyasys, an AI-native IT consultancy working across cloud architecture, applied AI, data engineering and enterprise software — with pharmaceutical and life sciences as one of its established verticals.

That matters in a practical way rather than a promotional one: the ingestion and normalisation problem at the heart of PharmeXa is a data engineering problem, and it is being solved by a team that does data engineering for a living rather than by a pharma-domain team learning it on the job.

Correspondence, invoicing and support come from Evyasys, which is why you will see an evyasys.com address on email from us.

Where we are

Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Gujarat is not incidental — it puts us close to a large share of India’s pharmaceutical manufacturing, which is where most of the stockist formats in integrations came from.
